	Principal of the firm, Muriel Watkins, has more than twenty years experience with federal credit and grant programs. She has served as a Senior Executive in government with operational responsibility for bringing online national marketing and sales programs while on staff at the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), the agency responsible for selling over $400 billion in assets from failed financial institutions, and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). At the RTC, Ms. Watkins coordinated the activities of the marketing and sales staff to help create a market for foreclosed residential properties as affordable housing, commercial real estate owned; and hard to sell non-performing loans and environmentally contaminated properties. Many of the RTC sales have served as a model for other government programs. Ms. Watkins has a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Harvard University, a program with a strong economic and policy analysis focus that is now at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
